But Lauren Goodger, 29, didn't have a filter to hide behind when she stepped out in London on Sunday night wearing a black lace crop top which struggled to contain her ample assets.

The former TOWIE star showed off her recent weight loss as she headed home from Jak's bar in Chelsea, where she was celebrating Cara Kilbey's birthday.
